Dear Fellow Australians,

There are no more frightened creatures in our country that our "Judges".

QUESTION: What has them scared out of their pantaloons?

ANSWER: Anyone who CHALLENGES THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURT.
They are trying frantically to not let the TRUTH get into the hands of JURIES.
When anyone challenges the jurisdiction of the court, there is/ought to be a peremptory stay of proceedings until the jurisdiction has been determined by a JURY.

QUESTION: What is their SECRET?

ANSWER: Their appointments to be Judges are all ILLEGITIMATE. That's right, they're all great big FRAUDS. Here they are, dressing up wigs and frocks, lording it over us, STEALING OUR LAWS AND LIBERTIES, and DESTROYING OUR NATION.....but, as with the other bogus appointments, ie: the Governor_General, State Governors, Prime Ministers, Attorney_Generals, etc., they're all imposters. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second is the Head of State of the United Kingdom and has NO executive power in the
Commonwealth of Australia, She does NOT appoint any of these THIEVES, LIARS and TRAITORS to be her "representatives"..and the Privy Council says, in no uncertain terms, that they have made NO ORDERS for any of these "Appointments".

They must all be IMPRISONED.

They are so blind and arrogant and stupid and obsessed with themselves that they think they are above the LAW and immune from JUSTICE. If any of them had an ounce of decency or commonsense, they would admit to the TRUTH....because, ironically, the TRUTH
WILL SET THEM FREE, too. The longer they persist in their TREACHERY, the greater
will be their punishment at the hands of the PEOPLE ...and who knows what their final fate will be (?).

Here is what they do:

We all have the inalienable Right to Trial by Jury in any action and in any Court. However, these evil creatures deny us that Right. This automatically brands them as Traitors because TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY...it is our only defence against Tyranny and, without it, we have no Rights to anything, ie: we are not FREEMEN. They, by this one vile offence, have declared us to be MERCHANDISE.....to be SLAVES...without the protection of COMMON LAW....OUR LAW. This act of bastardy calls for an immediate CHALLENGE TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURT _ because we have not signed any Memorandum of Consent to be without a Jury and allow the Court to proceed summarily. This Challenge can ONLY be DETERMINED BY A JURY because "no man can judge in his
own cause" ( a fundamental rule of Natural Justice).

That's when the WHOLE TRUTH is revealed. That's when JUSTICE is restored...and JUSTICE is "the protection of rights and the punishment of wrongs". That's when the Australian JUDICIARY are DEFEATED. Every Australian "Judge" and "Magistrate" disregards this CHALLENGE TO THE JURISDICTION and becomes belligerent. They order the SHERIFFS to remove us from the Court...... or they order us to be silent while they procede with their KANGAROO COURT. The Bill of Rights 1688 uses the word, "evil", to
describe them for what they do...and, make no mistake, they are EVIL. Will TRUTH, JUSTICE, FREEDOM and DEMOCRACY ever be restored....when the FORCES OF EVIL are so strong?

Until JESUS RETURNS, all we can do is try our best with what we have.
